If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Rugs must be in new, unused condition. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds will not be accepted after 15 days unless the product is defective.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Our Floorboardz® Surfboard Rugs are available in 5', 7' and 9' Styles as well as a variety of bathroom sized styles. We offer lightweight durable rugs that can be machine washed. Or if you are looking for a heavier rug we offer Tufted rubber-backed rugs.
